Jeannette obtained her real estate license in 1985 and began her real estate career specializing in urban infill land opportunities and has been actively involved in purchasing and selling land and investment properties on the west coast of Florida since then. In 1990 Jeannette founded DjG Tampa Inc. and served as President and Broker through 2015 focusing primarily on acquisitions, entitlement pursuits and development initiatives from an ownership perspective. As a managing member, on the ownership side, Jeannette assisted with asset acquisition negotiations, due diligence, investment packaging, joint venture partnership negotiations, leasing, property management, construction management and supervision, as well as asset disposition. Jeannette coordinated all aspects of rezoning efforts for urban mixed-use redevelopments including historic and adaptive reuse properties.

In 2015, Jeannette joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director on the Cushman Wakefield Florida Land Brokerage team specializing in urban infill, land assemblages, and adaptive reuse brokerage and development opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay region. Jeannette has exclusively represented and/or brokered the sale of historically designated landmark properties, urban high-rise and suburban residential, hospitality, retail, commercial and industrial sites.
