Jeanette Abate

Ms. Abate joined Tishman Speyer in 2009 and focuses on the firm's debt financing activities for new acquisitions, development projects and existing properties within the United States. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for portfolio management activities for US core ventures, regularly interacting with investors and analyzing venture performance and liquidity. Ms. Abate began her tenure with the firm as part of the analyst program and has since held a number of positions, including serving as Investment Committee secretary, assisting in the underwriting and recapitalization of a 16-asset US portfolio, and working on portfolio management activities for the India, Brazil, China and US value-add funds. She graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a BS from the School of Hotel Administration.
