Bio
Jean joined Ackman-Ziff as an intern after she received her Master’s Degree in real estate from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Jean is responsible for the underwriting and structuring of debt and equity transactions and capital raising for various transactions including ground-up multifamily construction, single family rental (SFR) portfolio recapitalizations as well as retail and office refinancing throughout the US. A China native, Jean has formed significant relationships with the leading capital providers in China.
Prior to Ackman-Ziff, Jean worked at Vanke China where she maintained relationships with banks to provide clients better home financing. Jean holds a Bachelor Degree in information and computing science, a minor in finance, from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in Wuhan, China.
