J.C. Giordano is a 40-year commercial real estate veteran. He has acted as an advisor to a wide variety of corporate users, investors and alike throughout the United States. J.C.’s primary responsibilities include the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of Landlord’s corporate facilities, agency representation, lease negotiations and financial analysis on a local, regional and national basis.

J.C. has consummated over 400 transactions & projects during his career with an aggregate value in excess of $800 million. His steadfast commitment to his clients has been manifested by his attention to detail and commitment to delivering value-added services and results for every project he has been engaged in, regardless of size.

J.C.’s clients have included Dow Jones & Co., Novartis Pharmaceutical, JP Morgan Chase, PNC Bank, Valley National Bank and Univision.

J.C. has been a lifelong resident of New Jersey and currently resides in Bedminster, NJ.
