Biography
With more than 35 years working in various roles within the real estate industry, Jay Ziv has built an impeccable reputation as an expert in industrial, sales & leasing, investment properties, land acquisition and assemblage as well as use-specific projects relating to trade logistics. He specializes in long-term, complicated value-add transactions.
Jay was the initial broker responsible for leasing the first 2.5 million square feet at Flagler Station, Miami Dade County’s largest industrial park.
In March 2020, Jay was awarded the SIOR Rookie of the Year award for the Largest Dollar Volume Transaction for the $70M sale of the Sears Distribution Center in Ocala, Florida. At 2 million square feet, it was Florida’s single, largest Warehouse/Distribution Center.
Jay previously worked for Grubb & Ellis, Colliers (where he was co-chair of the National Land Group) and had his own company, Commercial Real Estate Corporation, based in Miami.
Jay attended the University of Miami majoring in Business Administration
