Jay is a Senior Managing Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is also co-head of JLL's Seniors Housing Group with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a member of the investment advisory team, he focuses primarily on institutional seniors housing transactions throughout the United States. Jay has been involved in more than $20 billion in institutional real estate transactions, including investment advisory, operator selection, joint ventures and debt. He joined JLL in 2023 from Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, he was an associate and director at CIBC World Markets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
