Jay Timpani has been a commercial real state professional since 2009. He joined CBRE in 2014 as an associate on the Seattle area multifamily investment sales team. As part of CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Timpani uses the vast resources afforded to him by the CBRE platform to ensure that his clients have the most value and confidence as they move forward with their business decisions. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Timpani worked at a local brokerage firm, gaining wide cross-discipline experience including development, land lease sales and beneficial insight on efficiently running an investment property. This experience, combined with effective communication skills and a strong work ethic have allowed Mr. Timpani helps to better integrate and execute strategies beneficial to real estate and financial needs of his clients.
