Bio
Jay brings a broad range of real estate expertise to his role of Senior Vice President of Development. He oversees the entire development process including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, construction, and client services. Jay focuses on industrial, multi-family apartments, senior housing and office retail. Since joining Oppidan in 2001, he’s been involved in more than 100 build-to-suits across the United States in Industrial, Office, Multi-Family, and Retail, totaling more than 2 million square feet. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Denver. He is a member of NAIOP, the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. He also coaches and volunteers with youth hockey.
