Jay joined us in 2001 from Blackstone, initially expanding our master–planned residential division. Becoming a principal of the firm. Jay has been involved in numerous subdivisions, multifamily, office, retail and hospitality investments. Jay actively manages our investment activity and the day to day operations of the firm.
