Jay Gomez co-leads CBRE's retail investment team with James Kaye in CBRE's San Jose office. The team advises and represents institutional and private capital investors in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, strip centers and single tenant net lease retail across Northern California. 

Mr. Gomez's Northern California retail market knowledge, personal relationships with investors across the region and proven transaction process provide a client experience that is second to none in the industry.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gomez along with James Kaye co-led Colliers International's Capital Markets Investment Services Group in Silicon Valley. The Northern California based team successfully closed over 250 real estate transactions across all product types for a total consideration of over $2 billion.
