Bio
Mr. Filley joined Mark IV Capital in 2018 and is responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing and management of the company’s assets in Colorado. Prior to joining the company, he worked as an acquisitions and asset management analyst specializing in distressed commercial real estate. Jay received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oregon.
