Jay Bernstein joined Besen Partners in 2018, and he focused on the sale of multifamily, mixed use and retail properties in Manhattan. Jay has sold property throughout Manhattan in prime locations including Tribeca, Greenwich Village, FiDi, Upper West Side, Union Square and Turtle Bay. Prior to working with Besen Partners, Jay worked at Berkshire Hathaway focusing on commercial real estate. Prior to that he was an intern at Ingram & Hebron Realty in Brooklyn, where he handled leasing assignments for SL Green’s Downtown Brooklyn portfolio. Jay grew up in Scarsdale, New York and graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. In his free time, Jay enjoys golfing, cycling, and spending time with his friends and family.
