Jatin Malhotra

As Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Jatin leads CEI’s affordable acquisitions platform and is responsible for sourcing and analyzing new land development and investment opportunities throughout California. Jatin’s acquisitions focus includes land for multifamily affordable development and acquisition-rehab projects financed with low-income housing tax credits or private equity with an emphasis on workforce and mixed-income housing.

Jatin brings over 10 years of experience acquiring and developing affordable housing in California, Nevada and Oregon. His expertise in tax credits and tax-exempt bonds, working with multiple public agencies and national builders helps CEI surface and structure successful public-private partnerships.
