Jaspaul Kapoor

Jaspaul Kapoor joined the Debt & Structured Finance group at CBRE in June 2017. In his current capacity, Mr. Kapoor is responsible for executing financing assignments, with a focus on small balance apartment lending and owner/user SBA lending. Previously, Mr. Kapoor held capital markets roles at ARA Newmark, at CBRE, and at Arch Bay Capital, a fund manager specializing in distressed whole loan investments and opportunistic lending. Prior to Arch Bay Capital, Mr. Kapoor held a business development role at S&P Global.

Mr. Kapoor has participated in the sale, purchase and capitalization of real estate assets totaling in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Kapoor graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
