Jason Wood

Jason Wood serves at Marquette’s Director of Asset Management. He joined Marquette in 2010, and has been intimately involved in acquisitions and asset management throughout his tenure, contributing to an estimated $200 million in dispositions of multi-family real estate since mid-2016. He oversees the implementation and execution of the properties’ business plans as it relates to pro forma, real estate tax budgeting and appeals, debt refinancing, and dispositions, including contract negotiations, due diligence and closings. He remains committed to data-driven decision making, and is focused on the business planning for Marquette’s portfolio. He provides consistency and guidance to Marquette Regional Managers and Property Managers for the successful operation of their assets. Jason holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago and a Business degree from North Park University.
