Jason Winig

President and fourth generation developer, Jason Winig, a licensed real estate broker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has nearly twenty years experience in commercial real estate development, brokerage, and property management. Having grown up in the real estate business, his eye for opportunity coupled with his in-depth knowledge of real estate finance and legal issues render him an expert in his field. Jason’s knowledge of real estate markets and sub-markets presents an ability to accurately understand and predict future trends. He has extensive experience in commercial brokerage, working in both landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment sales, consulting, and property management. In addition to his role as President and Broker of Record at Winig Properties, Jason is also the Broker of Record for AthenianRazak, a real estate services firm. He also serves on the Board of the Friends of Bainbridge Green and is active with many local charitable organizations. He is an avid runner, yogi, and golfer. A lifelong Philadelphian, he is a graduate of both The William Penn Charter School and the University of Pennsylvania. Jason lives with his daughters, Hazel & Ellis, in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood.
