Jason Sturman

As president and chief investment officer at Ambrose, Jason focuses on investment strategy, transaction structuring and overall company leadership. For the five years prior to Ambrose, Jason served as a partner and chief investment officer at Milhaus, operating in the Midwest and Southeast. During that time, he helped lead the company through a significant period of growth, served on the board of directors and structured nearly $300 million in projects. Prior to Milhaus, Jason held numerous roles over a 13-year period at Duke Realty.

Jason earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. Jason is married to his high school sweetheart, with whom he has three children. Beyond work, Jason enjoys many outdoor activities, especially skiing.
