Jason Skalko serves as Managing Director, based in Tampa and specializes in senior living and care investment sales throughout the United States. Jason has more than 14 years of experience in real estate and has a deep understanding of capital markets and experience in investment advisory, debt and equity placement, market analysis, valuation, and due diligence across the United States. Jason is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction and a master’s degree in business management.
