Jason Roth is a Managing Director in Newmark's Century City Office and oversees Debt & Structured Finance for the Private Capital Group. His core business is assisting owners and developers in sourcing the most aggressive sources of capital for primary and secondary mortgages included but not limited to: construction loans, bridge loans, ground lease/sale leaseback capitalization structures, PACE loans, CMBS, Fannie, Freddie, and HUD, and historic tax credits.


Roth also works alongside Newmark's Buyer Services Team where he helps investors identify, underwrite and finance new investments around the country. He has worked on numerous 1031 assignments as both a mortgage banker and consultant across the following asset types: multifamily, office, retail, hotel, life sciences, industrial, land, mobile homes, golf, public event spaces, amusement parks, stadiums, and special use.


Prior to joining Newmark, Roth was a Vice President at PSRS in Los Angeles, a regional debt and equity placement firm, where he was recognized as a top producer in 2021. He previously worked in acquisitions for a Los Angeles based family office that owned over 1 million square feet of office properties along the West Coast. Before moving to Los Angeles, he was an office and life science leasing broker in Boston for over six years at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.


A Boston native, Roth received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University where he was a four-year letterman on the Men's Division 1 Baseball Team. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
