Bio
Along with working closely with many landlords, Jason Read has been responsible for the placement and strategic roll-out for many national retailers throughout Sacramento and the Central Valley. He has extensive market knowledge of cities and towns throughout Northern California as well as insight into the processes behind real estate expansion and navigating corporate requirements for landlords.
Jason is currently working with Dollar General, a Fortune 200 retailer new to the California market, on its Northern California expansion
He also works with Chick-fil-A to implement its strategic California expansion, with five locations open and two additional under construction, he continues to help them pursue a successful market strategy

Last year alone, Jason and his two partners Chris Campbell and Scott Carruth completed over 200 transactions

Jason has been recognized by CBRE as one of the top 20 retail producers every year since 2013
