Jason Pratt

Jason Pratt joined Acram Group in 2021 as a Director of Asset Management, responsible for driving operating and financial performance of the company's investments through strategic asset management and development activities. In addition, Jason supports the acquisition team in underwriting and due diligence. Prior to joining Acram, Jason was responsible for acquiring, managing and divesting office, multi-family, hospitality and flex assets located in the U.S. for True North Management Group, a private real estate investment management firm. During his time at True North, Jason led or participated in the execution and management of 4 million square feet of commercial real estate with a gross real estate value of $1 billion. Prior to joining True North, he worked for GE Capital Real Estate as a member of their global underwriting team responsible for due diligence, structuring and closing of first mortgages and mezzanine loans. Jason received his bachelor's degree from Providence College and resides in Brooklyn
