Bio
Attorney Jason Mitchell serves as the legal backbone of J.C. BAR Properties. Managing land development projects including acquisition, contract negotiations, permits, and construction management, Jason brings a fervor to the process that is unmatched anywhere else in the Mid-Atlantic region. Jason is a lifelong fan of his alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Juris Doctorate from the University’s School of Law. He is a longstanding member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the Cumberland County Bar Association (CCBA).
