Biography

Jason Lev is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, focused on meeting the space needs of clients in the transportation and distribution industry. Whether the requirement is for easy highway access and a ready workforce, or food production facilities and cold storage, Jason delivers the best opportunities in the Chicago area and across the country.

 

At every turn, Jason drives toward one goal: lower costs and higher profits for his clients. His success comes from his deep understanding of their business and his skill in solving their logistics and labor challenges. He knows exactly how to navigate the nuances of market shifts, due diligence, lease negotiations, development and capital markets, as well as the impact of e-commerce on the industry landscape.

 

Since he joined CBRE in 2004, Jason has completed more than 300 transactions totaling 16 million square feet and $560 million. With creative thinking and a methodical approach, he leads his clients to the right fit for their business objectives, now and for the future.
