Jason Holland has been in the real estate industry since 2003. He began his career in property management and joined The Simpson Company in 2008 as a crucial part of the Investment Sales Team where he plays a vital role in asset acquisition and disposition for his clients.

Prior to joining The Simpson Company, he worked as Senior Vice President with CRJ Realty in Atlanta. He has successfully represented a variety of institutional and local clients in Metro Atlanta and on a National platform. Accompanied with his business and finance background Mr. Holland adds significant value in property consulting, and the financial under-writing of real estate assets.

Jason is a recipient of the Phoenix Award with Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and he was the 2019 President of the Georgia CCIM Chapter. Jason currently services on both the Member Services and Marketing Committee with The CCIM Institute.

Jason is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Holland is also a 2021 graduate of the CCIM Institute's JWL Leadership Academy. He also spends his time volunteering with the MedShare, Project Open Hand, and Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, GA.

Jason attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's of Arts. He and his wife live in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
