Bio
Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2007 and is a Principal with Thalhimer Realty Partners, specializing
in redevelopment of historic properties, ground-up construction and adaptive re-use. He is passionate about
pedestrian-oriented communities, focusing on mixed-use development and new-generation office space. Jason has
personally led the development of over $100 million in development projects.
