Jason Griffis is a Director in the industrial division of Cushman & Wakefield representing its commercial real estate clients throughout the United States.
Mr. Griffis is a highly knowledgeable, motivated sales and leasing professional, with 15 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. His extensive local knowledge and expertise connects him with a network of strong, local and regional clients and industry partners—a result of his commitment to superior service, ethics, integrity, and relationship cultivation.
He began his industrial real estate career with Griffis Realty Investments in 2004 and later joined Harsch Investment Properties, where he represented over three million square feet of leasable space for Southern Nevada's largest industrial landlord/developer. He has excelled in all phases of industrial real estate, including buyer and seller representation, building and investment sales and tenant improvements. Through his numerous transactions, he has developed a keen understanding of the industrial submarkets within the Las Vegas Valley.
