Jason Fithian

Jason Fithian is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West region. He is responsible for leasing, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis of the industrial portfolio in that region as well as assisting in the identification of target properties that meet specific acquisition criteria, assessing critical information related to the sourcing and acquisition of potential investments, and supporting the due diligence process for assets under contract. Prior to joining Dalfen, Jason was an Acquisition Associate for DCT Industrial where he was responsible for acquisition underwriting, portfolio underwriting and analytics, and due diligence activities. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. Jason is also a member of NAIOP.
