Bio
Jason Fancey has built a successful real estate career with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, investor relations, asset management, accounting and financial modeling. Jason was previously an Acquisitions Manager at Tides Equities where he participated in the acquisition of $640MM of value-add multifamily assets. Jason also played a significant role in the portfolio and asset management of Tides Equities’ portfolio and managed the disposition of $150MM of completed projects. Prior to Tides, Jason worked at Ernst & Young in the Real Estate and Private Equity sector.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (Inactive).
