Bio
Jason Emrani joined Newmark in 2017 as a financial analyst for the Tri-State area's capital markets practice led by Kevin Welsh and Brian Schulz. Mr. Emrani focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties for individual investors, regional investment groups and institutional clients. He is responsible for supporting the underwriting and valuation of all asset types throughout the acquisition and disposition processes.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Emrani was a financial analyst in the New York Institutional Group at CBRE. Mr. Emrani graduated from Rutgers University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geomatics with a concentration in pre-medical studies.
