Jason Cuellar

Jason Cuellar is the COO of Stillwater Capital, where he focuses on the development and implementation of processes to enhance efficiencies and mitigate risks, as well as being responsible for the day-to-day management of general operations for Stillwater’s General Contracting (GC) division.

Prior to joining Stillwater, Cuellar began his career as an auditor and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He quickly progressed to high-level finance roles, allowing him to bring over 20 years of experience in multiple industries including asset management, software development, consulting and healthcare to Stillwater Capital. He was also an expat for a global asset management company and spent nearly two years in Frankfurt, Germany establishing processes and controls during an expansion period.

In his free time, you can find him enjoying cooking and BBQing for his family, playing with his kids or weight training. He resides in Farmers Branch with his wife, Heidi, and their two children.
