Jason Bernardi joined Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. Brokerage Services Group in 2005 focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia region. Mr. Bernardi has advised his clients and institutional landlords on viable leasing strategies, acquisition and disposition strategies, high level financial analysis, lease negotiation, and strategic portfolio assessment. During Mr. Bernardi’s 20-year career at Cushman & Wakefield he has structured lease and sale transactions for over 4 million square feet.
