Jason Westrope

Jason Westrope has spent 20 years in development consulting, project management, and urban design, driving greater success for high-profile projects across the country. To DMA clients, he brings particular expertise in sustainable development, along with professional design experience, comprehensive development foresight, and outstanding project leadership skills. His experience with mixed-use and retail development in prominent urban settings positions complex projects for maximum impact and performance. Jason has led innovative retail and dining projects for DMA’s clients in Chicago, New York, and Boston. He helped implement a major retail repositioning in the heart of Manhattan’s financial district and reenergized an iconic building on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile with a vibrant, two-story food hall and interior enhancements, including a dramatic, first-of-its-kind, high-resolution digital display on the six-story atrium ceiling. A thought leader at DMA in the areas of green building and energy efficiency, Jason managed certification efforts for the world’s first LEED Gold casino and led the third and fourth largest photovoltaic installations in Los Angeles. He directs marketing initiatives at DMA in addition to leading projects and managing client relationships.
