Jason Anzalone

As Managing Director of Development, Jason Anzalone leads all ground up development for the firm including oversight of due diligence, design/engineering, entitlements and construction for new projects.

With nearly 20 years of diverse development experience, Jason has led development for a diverse range of product types, from significant healthcare facilities to smaller projects such as regional retail bank branches. He has led fully–integrated project teams amassing a portfolio of more than $1 billion in total value and 2.5 million square feet of developed space. Jason’s development focus is driven by executing projects that are delivered on time-sensitive schedules, often requiring creativity in structure and always mindful of the critical importance of coming in on budget.

Prior to joining Cypress West, Jason served as the National Director of Healthcare Development for a privately-held national development company. During that time he led a team of professionals through acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for outpatient healthcare facilities on behalf of strategic health system and multi-specialty clients throughout the country. Projects ranged from low acuity outpatient clinics to complex specialty care facilities and ambulatory surgery centers.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona.
