Jaskirat (Jas) Saini will be focusing on Land, Office, and Multifamily properties in Manhattan.

Previously, Jas specialized in investment sales at Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on office, retail, and industrial assets in the DMV area, encompassing both leasing and sales. Jas has a strong foundation in healthcare, volunteering as an EMT, conducting pulmonary disease research,  and embarking on the journey of becoming a medical doctor. These experiences shaped his service and client oriented approach to commercial real estate.

In addition to his career in healthcare, Jas is experienced on the investment side of commercial real estate. Specifically, in acquisitions, asset management, and property management in the retail, multifamily, and industrial sectors.

Jas possesses a Bachelor's of Science degree in Neuroscience and Economics from the George Washington University. With his experience in healthcare and the investment side of commercial real estate, Jas is positioned to apply a service-oriented and knowledgeable approach to assisting clients.
