Jarom Johnson

Jarom Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer for Wasatch Premier Communities and oversees the day-to-day operations of Wasatch’s residential communities to achieve the highest NOI through aggressive marketing, training, supervision, expense control and reporting. He directs the activities of Human Resources, Capital Expenditures, Customer Service, Training, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and IT departments.

Mr. Johnson held management positions in a Fortune 500 Customer Service Representative Company before joining Wasatch in May 2007. He served as Controller and Acquisitions and Dispositions Director for Wasatch from August 2008 to March 2016, managing financing accounting, and market rate acquisition and disposition executions and strategies. In the last five years, he has assisted the organization in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of $700 million of commercial residential real estate transactions. In March 2016, he accepted Wasatch’s Chief Operating Officer position. His vision for Wasatch Premier Communities is to continue “growth in all veins of the company while maintaining our small business, high touch management roots.
