Jared Sullivan

Jared Sullivan joined Bridge in September 2020 as Head of Research. Prior to joining Bridge, Jared worked for a global real estate investment management company, helping to build the firm’s research program. Jared has a long history working in the industrial research space. He began his career at CBRE Econometric Advisors (CBRE EA), where he became a senior economist and managed the company’s industrial real estate forecasting platform for seven years. After CBRE EA, Jared worked for LaSalle Investment Management where he managed their industrial research efforts. Jared is conversationally fluent in German and holds a Masters in Applied Economics from Montana State University.
