Jared Rosenblatt manages the sourcing and research of potential acquisitions in the commercial market. In underwriting potential investment opportunities for the Beitel Group's portfolios, Mr. Rosenblatt conducts market research, due diligence, and financial analysis for a wide variety of commercial transactions. Mr. Rosenblatt oversees strategic relationships with brokers.Mr. Rosenblatt joined the Beitel Group in 2015 from a CPA accounting firm, where his focus was on real estate holdings. Mr. Rosenblatt holds a BA in Accounting from Touro College.
