Jared Chassen

Jared is instrumental to sourcing new investments, managing investor relationships, and driving business development at Arch Companies. He is well versed in real estate transactions and has executed various deal structures including joint ventures, preferred equity and mezzanine transactions. Involved in all aspects of deal profit realization, he has also led new development projects through conception, underwriting, project design, leasing (including residential and commercial spaces) and operations.Jared was previously the Director of Acquisitions at Greystone Development and previously held various roles in development and construction management in New York. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from Nova Southeastern University. He also has an active New York Real Estate broker’s license
