Biography
Jared Bonshire Bio
Jared Bonshire joined Cushman & Wakefield in September of 2006 as part of a new program instituted by C&W to develop well rounded brokerage professionals from outside of the industry. As a part of the program initiative, Jared was exposed to a variety of commercial real estate asset types including retail, capital markets, office and industrial. Through this experience, he not only was able to understand the fundamental differences between the various asset classes, but also which one best suited his personality and ability. The intrinsic complexity of use within the Industrial sector drew him in, as he considered it a challenge to understand not just how a space is utilized, but how that utilization impacts the bottom line operational capital stack provided intrigue with each business day. Since his arrival at Cushman & Wakefield, Jared has started his own team with David Perez and Taylor Zambito, becoming a leading group for Cushman & Wakefield in the Central Florida market. His philosophy of people first continues to permeate his strategy moving forward, always focusing on what is best for his client, not for the bottom line of their industrial practice.
