Janie Snider

Janie has served as the head of property management and engineering since 2008, supporting the ownership goals of each asset in the Griffin Partners portfolio. With her team, Janie ensures that building systems are operating efficiently, leasing efforts are supported at the property level, building capital is deployed effectively and timely, cash flows are improved, and best practices are implemented. Through these efforts, Griffin Partners has developed a reputation for unrivaled tenant services and fluid cooperation with building owners. Her efforts compliment Griffin Partners’ expertise and consistent commitment to excellence. Janie has served hundreds of tenants in her tenure across multiple geographies, managing 4+ million square feet and a team of 40. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas, has over 30 years of commercial property management experience, and is a Certified Property Manager. She is an executive council member of the Institute of Real Estate Management – Houston and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association – Houston. Janie enjoys gardening, bird watching, reading murder mysteries, and spending time with her grandchildren in Austin.
