Janice Jones

Janice has been with Unilev since 2001. She oversees all Unilev financial matters, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury management, payroll and human resources. Janice also administers the property management and accounting software systems. In addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer, Janice serves as Treasurer of Unilev Management. Janice has more than thirty years of experience in the areas of financial audit, internal audit, general ledger account analysis, commercial banking, budgeting, and tax. Prior to joining Unilev, she held positions with Bank United, Evans and Chastain CPAs, McGuyer Homebuilders and Harris County Auditor’s Office. Janice is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Accounting. She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA).
