As Vice President on the Asset Management team, Janette is responsible for managing property operations to ensure a safe and quality working environment for our clients’ properties.
Janette joined Pace in 2017 and has more than 22 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She currently specializes and leads the property management office and industrial properties.
Her everyday responsibilities include operational management, lease administration, project management, vendor negotiations and administration, tenant interaction, site visits, and supervision of on-site staff.
