Janet Tate

Janet Tate is the Director of Property Management at Intelica CRE™. She utilizes over 20 years of experience in commercial and multi-family property management. This allows her to provide strategic direction to the property management team and lease administration department at Intelica. She provides ongoing team development and support to her staff to manage a mixed-use portfolio of over 4 million square feet consisting of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. Providing innovative client and customer satisfaction is her top priority. Prior to joining Intelica, Janet worked on the relaunch of Walpert Properties by overseeing the onboarding and software system conversion. She also worked at Cassidy Turley dba DTZ for over five years as a Transition and Quality Control Coordinator. In this role, Janet was accountable for the leadership and coordination of onboarding new business for retail, office, industrial and receiverships/REO properties that spanned over 80 million square feet across nine regional markets. She also performed property management office audits and trained the property management staff on the Yardi software system. Janet has also worked at Jones Lang Lasalle and began her career in Property Management at McCormack Baron Ragan Management Services. When Janet is not in the office, she enjoys being around friends and family, including her husband, Bobby. Janet enjoys being outside in nature and listening to live music.
