Bio
Janet has been with Unilev since 1997, starting in property management and moving into asset management. Janet administers loans for more than 30 properties totaling nearly 6 million square feet. She also is responsible for all property tax and insurance matters, oversees management reporting, and performs due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions. Janet is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a licensed real estate agent in Texas, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
