Janelle Gallagher is a Vice President within the Office Brokerage Services Group for CBRE Nashville. Mrs. Gallagher serves as an expert for CBRE by providing consultation and strategic planning to both landlords and tenants. Mrs. Gallagher offers a unique combination of real estate and finance experience that is advantageous to her clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Gallagher spent three years with Vanderbilt University Medical Center serving as their Real Estate Analyst. There she assisted in the lease negotiation of a 1.8 Million square-foot portfolio, as well as the management of Vanderbilt's owned facilities. Prior to Vanderbilt, Mrs. Gallagher was with Erdman as a Project Executive, working with the healthcare clients on the development and design of medical facilities in the Southeast.
