Bio
Ms. Drakulich is responsible for executing the company’s real estate development strategy with the focus of enhancing the value of the portfolio through the development of new assets for acquisition as well as the redevelopment of existing assets in the portfolio. Ms. Drakulich oversees the management and direction of all phases of the projects in the company’s development pipeline with the goal of maximizing returns for shareholders.
Background
Ms. Drakulich joined Realty Income in 2006 as a Real Estate Research Associate and in 2007, she was promoted to Director, Leasing and Dispositions where she assisted in managing the company’s real estate assets. In 2013, she transitioned to a newly formed role as Associate Vice President, Assistant to the CEO for Corporate Strategy. In 2015, Ms. Drakulich became Vice President, Administration supporting the executives in day-to-day operations of the business. In 2018, Ms. Drakulich was promoted to Senior Vice President, Administration & Communications where she led discrete projects and managed communication externally and internally to support executive-level initiatives, specifically those driven by the CEO.
Ms. Drakulich graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also attained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
