Jane Blair has over 20 years of experience solving complex issues in the strategy, acquisition, leasing and sales of office and data center properties. Known for excellence in client services, professionalism and integrity, Ms. Blair specializes in occupier representation (tenants, colocation clients, and purchasers). She has participated in over 360 transactions/consulting projects totaling over 4.8 million square feet, and is consistently sought out for her ability to develop and execute smart strategies which align closely with corporate objectives. The majority of Ms. Blair's work is with long-term repeat clients; she is highly regarded for her ability to maximize value, reduce risk and lower costs. Ms. Blair is a representative of CBRE's Law Firm Practice Group, and is a founding member and the NW practice leader for CBRE's Global Data Center Solutions Group.
