Profile
Jan Randall joined C&W's Consulting Group in 2007, offering more than 15 years of financial analysis and project management experience within the legal, financial services, insurance, life science, and high technology industries.
Since joining C&W, she has led the financial analysis, client strategy development, and project management efforts of the Consulting Group on more than 5.5 million square feet of completed transactions throughout the Northeast for such clients as: Morgan Stanley, Drinker Biddle & Reath, Biomet Spine & Bone Healing Technologies, Brother International, Goya Foods, Selective Insurance, Sharp Electronics, Valley Hospital, Brach Eichler, Windels Marx, Qualcomm, MWW Group, SES Americom, Curtiss-Wright and Solix. Goya Foods received NAIOP's Impact Deal of the Year award in 2012 and Biomet was awarded NAIOP's Creative Deal of the Year in 2013.
Her background includes financial analysis, project management, risk & performance analysis, commercial bank underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling. Ms. Randall has served on project management teams for high level corporate initiatives that included acquisitions & divestitures, syndicate bank financings, strategic planning and budgeting, and cost optimization projects.
Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Randall worked with AXA Equitable as a Financial Project Manager within their Expense Management and Corporate Real Estate departments. Her previous experience includes a Director position with Sagamore Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking advisory firm servicing small to middle market companies; Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis position in the Strategic Planning department of a $2 billion revenue public manufacturing company, US Industries, Inc.; and a Financial Analyst position in the Commercial Banking group for PNC Bank.
Ms. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Clarkson University.
