Jan Davidson serves as VP, Asset Management & Construction. In this role, she is responsible for all asset and property management functions as well as evaluating and managing all development activities including site planning, entitlements, and construction. Prior to joining N3, Jan was responsible for property development & management for various private real estate owners including Trammell Crow & Realty Capital. Jan is an active member of ICSC.
