Jamie Oberschlake

Jamie joined Schiff Capital in November 2019 as Vice President of Construction. He is involved in all aspects of development and construction including acquisitions, due diligence, planning and design, government negotiations, managing design consultants and building contractors, budget management, schedule management and contract negotiations. Jamie oversees the construction process to assure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Prior to joining Schiff Capital Group, Jamie successfully launched the project management service line for Colliers International Columbus. At Colliers, his focus was on providing strategic leadership to clients, and supporting tenant improvements, renovations, and ground up construction projects. Prior to Colliers International, he gained valuable development experience working with Olshan properties where he managed development, construction and tenant projects in Ohio, Georgia, Florida and New York. It was here he gained extensive knowledge in managing all facets of the development, design, and construction process as the Owner’s Construction Project Manager.

Jamie began his career in architecture and spent several years working with Columbus based architecture firms, Ford & Associates Architects and M+A Architects. Jamie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and is also a certified LEED AP.
